I bought it on Fanatical - it's about $12 there with an extra site discount.
It was a year ago, so I couldn't definitely tell you the reason...
Looking at your stats though, I'm guessing a combination of bad CV/RV ratio, and quite possibly that you won something off me.
(Because I generally do public giveaways, my blacklist isn't just people who I dislike.)
