It's a bar of soap made by a company staffed by people with dyslexia.

They are not censored by SOPA, this is a blackout day to simulate what the internet could be like with SOPA. It stands for "Stop Online Piracy Act" and it is a bill which was working its way through the system (currently on hold) which would allow for much greater restriction and regulation on the internet. Essentially: any site that a company felt could possibly be a threat to their business by ways of pirating could be shut down. This means that sites like YouTube and many popular online forums could all be closed down.

Really nice effect

You know, humble bundles efforts are really noble and all, but it would have worked better if they did this during the start of a bundle.
