The Support Forum hasnt responded to cancel my giveaway

The Support Forum is not responding to cancel my giveaway it has been 3 days and I normally get a response within a day so I was wondering if other people are having the same issue and if any steam gifts staff can see this and help me with this issue thanks

you can close your created giveaways yourself, there is a button "delete giveaway"

The support staff is really overburdened right now. Park your priority as urgent and they should be able to get around to it soon.
