" onlyallowrunincountries " is this now on every gift ?

Do this "onlyallowrunincountries" tag now apply to all gifts bought in critical regions ?
I´ve seen 2 different restrictions on gifts. The " can only be activated in ... "
and the " can only be played in ..."
Isnt there now a difference between this two restrictons and the "onlyallowrunincountries" is on both descriptons included ?

Also; if there isnt a "onlyallowrunincountries" tag at steamDB for a specific game/subID does it still means there will be no onlyallowrunincountries ? Or isnt this trustable anymore ?

Every gift is locked, yes. Afaik, if you purchase for yourself its not locked, unless 'onlyallowrunincountries' exists.

Ok but i thought 'onlyallowrunincountries' will now appear on every gift from regions where region locks appear.
So there are still some differences on id´s ?
Especialy intrested in this one:

Need help with this ids. Do here applys onlyallowrunincountries on some versions or not ?

every gift from cheap regions (RU/CIS, SEA, South-America, Turkey...) is now locked. i think you can't rely on steam tags anymore.

Restricted games can only be activated and played in their regions.

If you have a RU/CIS key/gift, you need to be INSIDE the region to activate it (add to library), and you can only play the game WHILE INSIDE said region.
