I have some TF2 items and I am planning to get more. Does anyone know a website that shows the values of items to IRL money? It would be greatly appreciated

Such website doesn't exist.

You can use www.tf2spreadsheet.blogspot.ca to see the value with other TF2 items.

Enter your profile name in the top right corner and you can see the value of your backpack in $ or refined metal next to "Value".
