I made my first giveaway for a 20 dollar game. My freind said that is how you get contributor by donating but I still cant join contributor only giveaways for games less than 20 dollars. I already gave the game and it was marked as received.

You should be able to join giveaways with 19.99 or less cv required with out a problem
