bump
One of the pizzas i made found its way to none other than Almighty Gabe Newell and not that he only noticed it but in a way i helped him calibrate his monitor. With my pizza! So how about that, eh

An image of a pizza will now be standard issue for monitor calibration. Thank you.

I replaced salami with grated chicken meat this time (+ added some tiny chunks of it randomly thrown throughout the pasta layer). You can see why it looks darker this time. Also since i barbequed the chicken before putting it in pizza, it gave it that nice smoked aroma

I think i messed up something and came up with 7 slices instead of 8 but it's only my first try so yeah

Now time for a little something called Snail Pizza. On a sidenote, i was thinking of publishing soon a food fetish erotic cook (almost made a typo there heh) book titled as "50 Shades of Pizza" with highly sexualized pizza recipes writen by yours truly. But nothing is set in stone yet and i still need to come up with bunch of new recipes first
Anyway, onwards with the pics:
-before the oven
-after
-serving time

well, perfect pizza:
take flour and olive oil with some yeast and some warm water (or beer) to make the dough
make tomato sauce with (tomatoes, fresh basil, oregano, Marjoram, add some pepper and salt)
flatten dough, put on sauce, then add thin layer of cheese
now add some garlic, onions, chili pepper if you like it hot
then add all other things you want
add a final layer of cheese
use a hot stone in your oven, heat it, then slide the pizza on it
after its ready (time may vary depending on temperature..) get it out
cut some fresh herbs and put them on top of the pizza, then (if you like add some http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosciutto if you like

Just wondering... do you really used ketchup for your pizza ?

I prefer tomato sauce but there is this really special type of ketchup made for pizza's which i really like to use.
Also, this just happened to be my 10,000th comment.

Just about to go in the oven
I used trappist cheese, rendered smoked beef, chicken baloney and special type of ketchup for pizza (shouldn't be confused with regular ketchup found in USA). Cheese and baloney were grated and i sprinkled some origano on the top.
Will post more pics when it's done
