Question About Particula

As you propably know Particula 3 pack was -98% just for a moment. And I bought 1* 3pack for myself(I got the game + 2 giftable copies) and a Particula 3 Pack as a gift.
And there's my question. If I will give it for my friend and he will use it, will he get 2 giftable copies? Or just one and two copies will dissapear?
I'm not good at steam gifts and packs so that's question for you.:) Thanks for any help

If you give the 3 pack to a friend he can use it, he will get the game added to his inventory and 2 extra gifts in his inventory that he can trade back to you.
