Borderlands 2 *Error*

Hello everyone

I just downloaded the DLC and after that i pressed play.. and then an error showed up "An error occurred while updating Borderlands 2 (Disk IO failure)" any idea how to fix that? i redownloaded the DLC again.. and im still getting the same error.. so hope someone got an answer :\

Did you Verify the Integrity of the game files?

yes i did that.. it says 2 files failed to verify and then it starts downloading like 11mb.. and when it finish the same error show up again

You can try delete the file "appmanifest_49520.acf" in steamapps folder and restart Steam. Borderlands 2 will show as "uninstalled", just double click and it will install again, just downloading missing files

IO errors are usually when users are doing teh 'fake out' of the steam folder using symlinks

It can also happen if you're not running steam as an administrator

Also try changing yoru download region as getting different data may help

well idk whats that symlinks or that "fake out" things as i just bought the dlc and started download.. nothing else nothing more.. and before that i was playing normal without any problems.. and im running steam as an administrator >.<
