you should do exactly what you are doing here, but in a support ticket after 7 days.

It has been 7 days. Support doesn't respond to me for some reason. I made a report about 3-4 days ago about someone that accepted a gift, activated it, but never marked it as received, and they never responded.

But he already activated the gift, so I can't send it to anyone else.
As for the other one, I'll try that.

that's misuse of giveaway feedback he will be banned/suspended for it (this is for your OP, not this reply).
send a request received feedback ticket if you haven't done it yet. much faster than a user report.

Well, I just attempted to resend the gift to the guy, and it seems like he finally accepted it. Now how long should I wait for him to mark it as received?

I just noticed a giveaway I did 4 months ago that was marked as "Not Recieved" by 1 person, although I cannot be 100% sure I do strongly believe the key I sent was working (I know it correct but cannot know for sure if it is a duplicate). I also see this person does currently own that game.
Firstly is there an issue that I have 1 Not Received giveaway to my name now? and Secondly can anything be done about it?

Just a helpful tip, you will get better replies if you create your own thread. I see you necro'd someone else's, granted they had a similar issue. It is easy for your reply to get lost in thread like this, and not get the attention it deserves.
First, you have made a great contribution to the community, so I don't think one Not Received will hurt you. I have yet to encounter any SGTools filters that include something like that. The focus is primarily on redeeming all gifts won and the ratio of wins to giveaways.
As far as how this can be resolved, I second the suggestion of opening a ticket with support. There's a little circumstantial evidence that the gift was received and redeemed, but unfortunately enough time has gone by to where the person that won may have gotten the game another way. The only way to test whether the key has been used is to try redeeming it on an account that does not have it. Unfortunately, that test will consume the key if it had been unredeemed. If it is a dupe, then there's a bit more evidence that it was in fact redeemed. This could be a case where the winner clicked on the wrong selection... but if I did that I would open a ticket with support to get it corrected.

What do I do if someone refuses to activate a gift AND refuses to add me on Steam for me to ask why/send it directly, then marks it as not received? I can prove I sent it to him and I can prove I tried to add him on Steam.
