You have to wait until the giveaway maker sends the game. You may have to wait up to 7 days.

No you just wait for him to send an email, and when he does, click the green text and mark gift as "received".

You wait until the giveaway creator sends you the game. When you receive it you come back here, click the green text, and mark the gift as received. If after 7 days you still haven't received it, you can mark it as not received.
