Games Blacklist!
The recent bundles from Humble and Fanatical have flooded the sight with so many games. This is wonderful, but it's just so much to sift through. There are a couple times I have missed games I wanted to try for simply cause I scrolled to fast and did not see them amid the piles of games I have no interest in.

So being able to blacklist game titles would be great. I could blacklist titles I don't want any part of to make browsing a lot smoother. Yes, at first I would have to start blacklisting titles, but soon after. It would be easier as the number of games I would see would thin out. This would also make it less intimidating for players who are not bots or game collectors. People who just want to try for something they find fun.

Games I already entered once, Browse Link!

Now I know that there is a link to show me every game I have entered, but that does not show me if those games are currently being given away again. If I want to do know that. I have to enter each game title in the "All" search. That's a lot of games to search for. Rather then that, could not a browser link be made to incorporate the "Entered" list to give you a list of current give-a-ways, I entered in the past? I will admit I know nothing about web design, coding or how to go about creating this. Though if a list can be created to show games you entered, gifts you've given or what ever is used to create the recommended list (have no idea how some of those games get recommended to me). Then could not this be done?

Maybe a button to click or box to check to add a game title to your Blacklist or Whitelist. Blacklist to never see it again unless you remove it from your list. Whitelist to add to your whitelist browse list until it ends up in your steam library.

Anyway, these were just some Quality of Life changes I think would be nice.

Thanks for reading and Happy Gaming!

OMG! When I see it now and realize what it is (after using this site for years). I feel like an absolute fool.

Still, perhaps this will help someone who did not know what that icon was for. I really never payed attention to them. Wow!

Thanks again

as for your 2nd suggestion - yes, i would like that
back in the day the "recommended" category would show you games you have frequently entered and i would use that quite often. but after cg changed the algorithm it mostly shows games im not interested it... too bad

I used option 8.4 to mark all the Humble and Fanatical Ukraine Charity games. I then use a filter to toggle them on/off. Makes it very easy to see what else it out there without having to hide games. The downside is that having a lot of games tagged degrades performance a little bit, at least for me.

Good to know! But for me those are options 9.1 and 9.4? One of us running an old version perhaps?

You can filter the GA list down to those that you've entered before by using ESGST and enabling option 3.21.2.44, but it only keeps track of GAs that you've enetered since enabling the feature.
