Just noticed Batman: Arkham City is no longer available on Steam over here

I got curious since I noticed the 20% discount offer was no longer being shown, figuring it had something to do with the game being out in North America.

Check out if it's the same for you. Here's the game page. This feels kinda like how EA and Epic blocked people off from buying Bulletstorm when it got released.

So strange when publishers only do this with one particular digital retailer.

It was because of all the different release dates around the world. The publishers probably found out that Steam released it globally on the 22nd, so they asked them to adjust the dates for each region accordingly.
