Concerning observations

I'm sorry if this breaks the rules. I don't want to play politics or to ignore due course. I'm just concerned someone may be exploiting the system and to see if there's anything that may be able to be done to address this

Your best bet would be to submit a ticket to steam and to sg support.
I'd remove the links to their profiles asap, as it may get you suspended ...
