I had bought a bundle and recived a game that I already had. I was going to put it up for a giveaway, but when I went to, the game listed with a after it. What does the mean?

It means it's a bundle game and it is handled like a bundle game. Please read the FAQ.

it means it is a bundle game which atm won't be relevant to you however if you only give away games with that symbol your cv will not go past $30

Means you want get the full CV value for that game, since it was in a bundle before...I think there should be a FAQ for that :/

Depends on the game, some of them have been taken out to avoid spamming with them since most probably they were free keys : Metro 2033, Dota 2, Defense Grid : The Awakening, and some more that i can't remember.
