[Un]Official Talos Principle Coupon exchange thread

So after days of thinking it through, I finally bought Talos Principle for $5 (stacking AW coupon).

Even if the prices drop down next year sometime, it is not going below $5 anytime soon and I just could not pass the delicious 50% coupon.

Here is a poll, lets see how many got it.

P.S. If you have an alienware 50% coupon that you will not use please help a fellow SG person here in the thread. You may also comment saying you have a coupon and someone interested will surely take it from you.

If you need a coupon just post a comment and someone will help you through it too.

I am not that sure if the trade will be held for 72 hrs if nothing is asked in return.

In the past when nothing was asked in return email authentication wasn't needed either!

I tried this with a friend, doing a one-way trade, and it was held for 24 hours instead of 72. This was with trading cards, though.

Yikes, still a hold!

I know the coupon expires tomorrow but not sure about the time and if there will be still enough time if it is held for 24 hrs :-(

Thanks for mentioning it though, but yes, it does make me a little sad :-(

But if anybody does have a coupon, I would still like to try if it reaches me in time!
I am staying optimistic! :-)

And otherwise I have to pay more.......sigh
At least the game will be worth it! :-)

I would love to get my hands on a coupon too if anyone has a spare as I am going to pick up the game and getting it with even more discount would really make my day! :-)

Hopefully, when nothing is asked in return, to 72 trade hold rule won't apply as I don't have the mobile authenticator.

Doesn't make a difference if you have it or not, you are not losing anything. The person giving sadly is the issue! Someone was nice enough to add me, but we couldn't do it in time because they did not have MA even though I did.

I just got a coupon from someone who must have picked up my request somewhere and NO hold!
Not sure if I can name the person here, but I am really greatful! :-)

It is sitting in my inventory now, or rather WAS sitting as I just used it.

And NO trade hold! happydance

So if people still have coupons please give to others who want them before they expire!

I wanted to buy it last sale and at the last minute was trying to get hold of a coupon, in the end I managed to buy 2 games that worked out about $1 more than Talos Principle with the coupon and traded for the game. A bit after realized I actually had the coupon in my inventory haha.

Nah, I'm not going to end up using it, you are welcome to have it if you are going to purchase the game.

Edit: Looks like I got back on a bit too late, apparently they've expired about 2 hours a go which is a pity :( Sorry.
