Well I think the discount was targeted towards players who had all 3 games and wanted additional content that comes with this edition but now a lot of people buy it only to resell for cheap price (for example 1.5 keys). Don't get me wrong, I bought it myself, but I just feel a little bit bad for the developers, seems like a great game, worth much more than that especially with all that new stuff that comes with Complete edition.
