Hey, I feel like I have to say this because I talked positively about the series and don't want to give you a false impression.
While what I said it's true, the achievements aren't bugged in any of the three games and the first two are generally fine experiences, I just got done with the third title and it's a bit of a mess. Through Abandoned: the Refuge is not a bad game, but my god is it buggy. Half of the time the WASD and arrow keys won't respond, sometimes clicks just aren't registered by the game, there's game breaking bugs in some puzzles (one of which can leave you completely stuck unless you use one of the workarounds discovered by the community), you can pick the same item multiple times, after a while I was struggling to figure out if a puzzle was just weird or broken, once it crashed Windows so hard that I had to just hold the power button and do a forceful power cycle because my PC was totally unresponsive.
I really hope the dev gets around to fixing this technical disaster of a release before dropping the fourth entry in the series.

I started playing Refuge last night because this thread reminded me that I had bought it during the last sale, and yes, I ran into not one but two game breaking bugs. I'll see if I have the will to work around the second bug tonight so I can finish the game. But so far the achievements have been working just fine, that's why I was curious since even tho all three games are a tad unstable and prone to not registering clicks the achievements have been working as intended every time, in fact the Underground City was almost free of any serious technical issue.
Since I've played all games this year my guess is that the developer has been addressing the bugs in recent years, hopefully at some point he'll finish fixing all the problems.
