The key doesn't work

Hi!

I've just won a game and after trying to put the key on steam it says me that it has already redeemed. I tried to ask the support but I didn't get any answer. I tried to contact with the person who give me the key but I can not find any way to add him to steam.

What I have to do?

Ermm... I'm pretty sure that his profile has a link to his steam profile, try to harass him fromo wherever you can (? I'm sorry, but i think that my wisdom can't help you any further : /

Contact the contributor through Steam, do not mark as received until it is sorted out. If not sorted after 7 days, mark as not received.
