EDIT: Really, making a public giveaway group when there's noone who's bound to make giveaway there is just is just as pointless as this reply of mine.

he is an user that for some reason loves to do GA, he is an awesome guy, a few days ago he gifted like 50 steam keys or something like that.
he asked me to invite people to his group so he can keep doing the GA
