Pretty much referring to a sword Jiang Jieshi/Chiang Kai-shek gave out to his subordinates and students.
What you have is probably a modern mass market replica. The text content and arrangement give it away.

Not sure about the first hanzi, but it seems to be 蒋中正赐 (sorry, I don't speak Chinese, I don't know what it means)

Like dss806050 said it says '蔣中正賜' and '中正劍', where '蔣中正‘ refers to Chiang Kai-shek.'蔣中正賜' means 'gifted by Chiang Kai-shek'. '劍' means (straight) sword.
It's almost certain that the sword is fake (guess you know that already before buying).

Uploading the picture to the google translate phone app, the text on the blade is Japanese and says Zhongwen. Having trouble with it recognising the rest.

Edit: If I choose Chinese, then it says CKS sword (3 characters on blade). That sounds better :)
