Yes. You are allowed to give away any games/DLCs you've previously won, as long as you've activated a copy on your own account.

You have 3 games you won twice on your profile. Anybody who sees that will blacklist you.
You need to contact 1 GA creator of each with a new key and ask them to reroll it.
If they don't care then those marks will always be there.

If you've got a giveaway you didn't activate in the past, contacting staff and the GA creator of that giveaway (and providing the GA creator with a new copy of the giveaway game) can allow staff to reroll the giveaway, giving that new copy you just provided to a new winner- thus, clearing your obligation to have activated that second copy to account (since you're no longer the winner of that giveaway).

tl;dr: Replace the game you won but didn't activate, so the GA creator can give it to a new winner.

If you deleted Grass Simulator from your account then it will show up as having not been activated. No-one knows if it was actually activated so they'll just blacklist you.

I can do the "paradise island" and "PAYDAY 2: A Merry Payday Christmas Soundtrack", but the dlc for rise of flight is too much for me (maybe when it will be on sale i will buy it, but now its too much)

Contact the maker of one of the giveaways with your extra copy and have them reroll it, and give it to another person. That would remove that multi-win from your SG account.
