For starters, do not trust anything that considers RT a serious source, it is russian propaganda. The US has many flaws, but listening to far worst governments criticizing the US is comical.

They way i see is that countries governments just behave as politicians in elections, each of them try to find and make public there enemies hidden truths. This way they can degrade their enemies credibility. That's why competition is good.

RT is not about hidden truth, it's about lies and bullshit, they will defend every dictatorship on the planet and spread lies about every western country.
Of course they will use any inconvenient truth they can find, and blow it out of proportion and mix it with lies. There are trustworthy journalism that will correctly report every inconvenient truth. Don't listen to RT, Fox news or any bullshit TV.
