Also, you shouldn't bring attention to yourself on the forums if you've broken site rules...

I'm not going to call out or anything, but *I should be more careful on the forum

It's ok, I submitted a report, so we'll see if it's been taken care of before

I still don't understand what is wrong...
Most of his games are activated...

Well you're supposed to activate ALL your wins, not most of em.

Well I'll be, that's some crazy shit. I just checked some other winners from that GA and they don't have it either. I was always under the impression that beta key giveaways aren't allowed.

Not only are you dangerously close to crossing the line into "calling out," you are also drawing attention to yourself. Good thing the person to whom you're referring isn't in trouble.

What are we supposed to do then? I had no idea what everyone was talking about, should I have ignored it or tried to puzzle it out myself? Should I refrain from asking next time? :/

You did nothing wrong. I was talking to Dhoomdealer.
To answer the hypothetical question, however, part of wisdom is understanding that not everything which occurs to one's mind should be talked about.

There's nothing preventing you from making the topic, but do you really care about people who would blacklist you because they are clueless?

That sounds like an excellent idea and a service to the community. )

I was hoping for a more solid answer, but I guess it'll do :D

I meant on the topic of asking what the hell other people are talking about ^^
So that if something like this happens again, I know what to do (to ask or just curl up and cry)

Accusations were made in public, and that is a bad thing. (See the rule I posted, above.) It turns out those accusations were false, which is why no action was taken.
In other words, "other people" didn't know what the hell they were talking about. (Your phrasing.) Was it worth your time even bothering about it? Unlikely.. Had I been in your shoes, I would have just ignored it and moved on as it was not my concern.

For the person who's not the smartest/is OP, the sheriff is one heck of a character

Season 1 was amazing and seriously underrated. Thought they kinda lost their way a bit with the second season though... couldn't put my finger on why though...

I think it's because they knew that the show wouldn't be renewed and they wanted to try to put as much history into the second season to achieve a certain "closure".
The initial plan was for 6 seasons, 3 "books", each one consisting of 2 seasons. The whole story was already written and Daniel Knauf knew exactly where he was going, how much it would take, and how it would end. Nothing like Damon Lindelof and Lost.
If the tv show had been completed, it's likely that it would have become a classic and cult masterpiece, almost like Twin Peaks.

I will presume you are talking about a game series, since you failed to specify whether you are talking about a book series, movie series, tv series, game series.. etc.
Prince of Persia. For some reason never quite became as popular as I felt it deserved to be.

The movie wasn't all that bad, actually. It just didn't have much to do with the game. (Which is a good thing, imho.)

Yea. But if I ask anyone I know about PoP, they have no idea what I am talking about.
The 2008 PoP was left unfinished as well. They never finished the story line with a sequel.
On one hand I see games like AC which Ubi keeps churning out every year, and then we got PoP, which gets very little love in comparison.
I dont want a new one every year, but some more games in the series might be a good idea.

Gaming: The Warlords Battlecry series, especially the third game. One of the best fantasy RTS games I've ever played, as far as mechanics and interface.
TV:The international version of The Borgias, which Netflix has. Not the version with Jeremy Irons as Rodrigo Borgia/Pope Alexander. The international version is much more historically accurate, better-acted and written, imho.
Books: Bernard Cornwell is rightly famous for the Richard Sharpe and Saxon Stories, but his Grail Quest series doesn't get as much attention as I think it should. The backdrop is the Hundred Years War, one of my favorite periods of Western European history.

7th heaven.
"Eric Camden is a reverend and the father of numerous children who faces the challenges of raising a family during permissive times. Both he and wife Annie deal with the problems of a large family while keeping their romance alive."
-Cute premise.. especially since that creepy ass reverend is a known child molester in RL..
