Define "stuff"

what kind of stuff do you intend to sell? If it's digital stuff you sell it the same way you would sell stuff to anyone else anywhere else in the world, if it's physical stuff it becomes more complicated and you gotta calculate if it's even worth it. first of all you gotta consider that transoceanic shipment is hella expensive, especially if you're just a small private business and not big international company that can sign a contract for small shipment fees offering that they will be shipping really big quantities or set up their own shipment. If you are just a single individual you gotta consider the fsct that including shipment cost whatever you will be trying to sell to US people will be still more expensive for them than anything they order in the US, so unless you are selling something totally unique - like unique handicraft - you have absolutelly no way of competing in prices with in-US sellers and you should look for other markets which will be easier/cheaper achiveable for you. You also gotta consider taxes, duties, customs and fact that some products (especially a lot of food products or animal/plant products) cannot be even sent.
