Depends on the system he's going to play them in, and his preferences.

Just get them the Humble Origin Bundle. But make sure they don't know there is a Humble Origin Bundle. And when you give it to them they will be so happy.

Castle Crashers is pretty cheap and a lot of fun for a beat 'em up. Magick is good, cheap fun, too. Or, you could just buy your friend a copy of Skyrim Legendary.

Hard to give a suggestion without knowing what type of games that person likes, also knowing what games that person already has would help avoid any duplicates.
