With the info provided thera can se several things... Most probable is router FW hang/misbehaviour, so if you do not have done this try:
1) Reset your router (power off it, wait a little - to discharge power supply capacitors - and power on it again)
2) Check if you are able to connecto to it in the computer. If not try with your phone or other device.
3) If still has problems and no device/computer can connect to it then use a cable and enter the administrator page of your router and check wifi config. (try to disable security and connecto to wifi to check everything is work - do not left it disabled!!!! Only to check there is no major HW problem in the router)
Of course if in step 2 you're able to connect using another device/computer, check the wifi config in that device and in your PC to see if there is anything different. If both are the same, check your router wifi config to check you do no have mac filtering active. If its no active then you have a problem in your pc. It can be driver or HW problem. Need to investigate further/more info (did you updated something in the computer just before the fail? - check windows update history just in case)

Hope this helps.
P.S.: If oyu see something strange in your router wifi logs/config, change wifi password and if you can config a higher wifi securyty level, just in case somenoe has hacked your wifi - not probable but better safe than sorry.

I called my ISP, he changed the way my pc connets to the wi-fi, created another profile, tried again, still same thing. He changed the settings too, i'll probably uninstall the wi-fi driver, would windows7 install it automatically again?

Do you have any other device (tablet/phone better) with wifi?
if yes, share internet connection and try to connect to the wifi hotspot created by the device. If it works then most probably there is nothing wrong in the computer.
if not then try to remove the drivers but before download the wifi drivers for your computer's wifi HW. I suppose your computer has ohter way to connect to internet because if not, windows7 will not be able to reinstall the drivers alone.
to be sure: download the latest driver from you wifi Hws' manufacturers page and then install then on your computer.

Just a silly question: Your computer is portable? If yes, check if wifi is on by the special buttons it has. In some computers windows does not recognize the wifi on/off buttons but they work anyway and can throw the message you posted if wifi is off. Its a silly question and I presumed its not the case, but I prefer to mention it - just in case.

Just a couple more questions/suggestions:
1) Are you able to connect to your router using wifi with any device?
if yes then mos probably the problem is in the computer, if not then the problem can be in th erouter. Based on my experience - at least in my country, ISPs does not properly configure wifi in most cases, they put standard wifi configs that suit most cases but no all cases so taking a look to the wifi router is always a good Idea - even if its only to check is someone has been messing around with it.

2) Deactivate wifi security and change wifi SSID (to make sure windows see it as a new wifi). Try to connect to it. If it works, then everithing is OK and you must change back to older wifi configuration one step at a time to check wha was worng EX: 1st chane bas SSID, then activate wifi security (wAP, WAP2, etc.) checking in every step if it owrks.
If with no wifi security you cannon access the router then:
a) The routes is broken (if no device/computer can connect to it )
b) Your computer wifi is broken (if only your computer cannot acces to the wifi and the computer cannot access any other wifi - like the tablet/mobile hotspot test above)

yup. I am connected to my wi-fi using my phone. I could've connect to it before few weeks tho. I already tried that, resetting the network profile and deleting it, then connecting to it again. I'll most likely try to uninstall the wi-fi driver. I am using lap top, yes. I tried the Wi-fi button on and off. Same thing.

Use your phone as a wifi hotspot and try to connect to it using your computer. If it works then you'll know is a config problem if i doesn't work then you'll have to update drivers and check if it works. At least you're sure that the problem is in the computer (dirver, config hw - i hope the last is not the case).

Looks like the problem is in the computer, maybe you have some firewall that blocks connection.

Hover your mouse over The net icon. IF it tells "no internet connection" and you have not shared your cell connection (3/4G) vía wifi in your phone, Them its ok. Its Windows telling you that it has network but cannot reach internet. (Which is The case as you have connected to The phone and there is no internet access).

IF The above is true, Then seems a configuration problem and not a hw problem.
Try to Connect to your router using The phone, put it in plane mode (to disable mobile data network) and turn on wifi manually. Connect to The router and chech IF you are Able to browse The web.
IF yes Then you have to check your Windows and router config. IF not, call again your ISP telling Then that your phone also isn't Able to browse The web using The router.

It says no internet connection(on my PC). I have shared the connection via hotspot(to my pc), taking the internet from my router. I tried the plane mode, and I can browse the web, on my phone, yes..

Then try to disable firewall and antivirus in your Pc and retest the connection directly to your router vía wifi. Also IF you have a lan cable, check connecting vía lan cable to The router. At least your router seems to work properly so The problem is in The PC.
All The test point to a configuration problem which is good but hard to find.
IF you have any firewall sw apart from The system firewall included with Windows, check that The system firewall is disabled. Two concurrent firewall programs running in The same Pc can give connection problems.
Also IF you can, go to a friends house or to a cofre-bar or some Other place where you can test your Pc with another wifi to check IF it works. It can help to find what is Rontgen in your PC config.

You're welcome.
Also try lan (cable) connection to check IF The problem is system wide or only wifi related.
Hope you can find and fix The problem.
Best regards.

Good! Then it narrows The problem to The wifi config. You can safely discard antivirus and firewall problems as They should use The same securyty config for all network interfaces in The PC. Its a very Small probability for Them to be involved but i don't Think it can be The case.
IF you have time then:

  • access your router config and disable all wifi security. Check IF your computer wifi works.(it should work)
-IF it doesn't work, check Mac filtering in your router.

Also try to check your computer in another wifi and another computer in your wifi.
I'm sure that its a silly problem but also sure its hard to find... Everything works separately so it has to be a sw config problem in one of The Ends.

Make The test with your Pc next to The router... IF there are several wifis in The same channel and one is stronger than your sitió can be The problem but it Will be very rare that Other wifi than yours is stronger in your home... But its days to check. Change wifi channel in The router.
(I'm resorting to "long-shots" as i'm getting out of ideas)

I also had this problem, try to untick the option of "IPv6" (I don't know now where it was) or try to uninstall your antivirus.

Did you, or can you do a simple reset on the router? Could be a simple internal error in connecting that internal IP. Also, do you use fixed internal addresses for your devices or dynamic ones? Maybe something connected to the address your laptop normally uses.
