Do I reroll or wait?

HI! I made a few GAs last week and one of them have not been yer redeemed/activated. The winner havent see the key yet, but checking today I see he has been banned for a week.

GA is 5 days old, was gonna wait until 7th day to contact him about the GA, but now that he's banned dont know if wait or ask for reroll.

First time rerolling so really wanna be sure before sending a ticket.

I think you can reroll immediately with "Inappropriate" reason

Unless something has changed lately if the winner is serving a suspension that means that you can reroll it at any time by sending in the appropriate ticket, no need to wait the full 7 days. If you want to do that or wait for him to finish his "sentence" and return to redeem it is up to your own personal judgement.

Thanks, that cleared it up for me.

My personal judgment did see red flags but decided to ignore them, so, reroll. Thanks for the info.

You can ask for reroll now, reason "suspended or inappropriate behavior"
