To celebrate Christmas and the upcoming switch from 2013 to 2014 we were given the chance to team up with the lovely people over at Neko Entertainment and present to you this nice gift.
You will have a chance at winning a copy of the great platformer/tower defense game; Poöf Vs The Cursed Kitty Store page here

After the giveaway ends there will be 10 lucky people because we have a total of 10 copies to give away.
All you have to do to be eligible to win the game is solve a small Neko Ent. & Poöf related puzzle on ItsTooHard and join the SteamGifts giveaway via the link you get once you solved it.

Also in the event of you not winning the giveaway you can still get a great deal because Neko Entertainment's whole Steam catalog (except Wooden Sen'SeY) is currently on sale for 50%, this brings the price of Poöf down to €2.99, $3.49 or £2.49

I can't solve one of them that involves listening to a French guy speak because I can't make out what the heck he is saying after many listens. Not sure a hint would even help either. I know where to find the answer I just can't understand it.

When the hints unlock you'll be able to solve it no doubt, right now i don't know what to say without giving anything away.
It's not that hard imo when you think about what you already know he is saying, and then just fill in the blank.
