In the future, you'll likely want to use the 'Request New Giveaway Winner' option next to the winner's name to get feedback from SG staff beforehand, it can save you a lot of grief moving forward.
Otherwise, do as Mullins indicated and put in a 'Request Received Feedback' ticket.

When my giveaway ended i checked the winner's profile. Turned out he made 3 giveaways so far and all 3 marked as not recieved... This was already kind of fishy but i was the dumb to create a lvl0 giveaway. So i ignored this and sent him the key via this site. Next day he already activated the key but not marked as recieved. I tried to add him on steam, wrote on his steam profile page, sent him emails in english, spanish and portugese (because his name looks either spanish or portugese) but no response at all. When we pass the 7th day since giveaway ended should i report him or try to contact support or leave it the way it is?
