What happens to Nanako near the end of Persona 4 probably did make me cry; If I hadn't been using a guide, I easily would have gotten the bad end.

Mass Effect 3

never actually cried from one, some VNs have gotten me pretty upset and sad though.

I almost did during my play through of Dust: An Elysian Tail.

The only two I can think of at the moment are Final Fantasy VII (Aeris, nuff said) and Terranigma (that ending left me depressed for days).

Now that I think about it I've never cried while playing any game except for maybe FF7 when I was a kid when Aerith died I was really sad but never cried. Ah but maybe Breath of Fire 5 if you get really sucked into the story.

I had tears in my eyes when I was watching a Let's Play of Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons. The game is so amazing, I really recommend it to everyone.

Nope, none at all. Mostly because most games attempts at being sad and touching are laughable or just out right contrived nonsense.

I think the answer would be no.
If a game is sad enough to make me feel like crying then it counter productively makes me angry because I HATE sad stories. So in the end, I'm just left angry. The game that angered me the most and I'm still pissed off about it would be The Walking Dead...
