With avocado, good choice.
Garlic fries get a thumbs up, too.

I send them in batches as it's too annoying to do every day.

Edit: Hold on, you didn't win any of my unsent giveaways... What are you trying to pull?

I'm not trying to pull anything... it was a couple of weeks ago: a copy of the game called 'Krampus' which did not activate in my region and you offered aother game instead. I was expecting that to appear so I could mark it properly.

Ah understand now :P

No need to worry about it, it's already been deleted, so there's nothing to mark.

I'm not that fond of garlic fries, I prefer Belgian fries that have been fried twice with some French sea salt sprinkled over them and accompanied with lamb's lettuce, homemade mayo and a stew of beef that has been marinated in local beer.

Potatoes are the staple food in Belgium be they cooked, baked, mashed, fried or made in croquettes.

Also it's as customary as I can remember that Belgian fries are fried twice and that gives them not only a golden color but they also stay moist and crispy. That French sea salt gives them a lovely seasoning. Mayo and Belgian fries go together like ham and eggs (homemade mayo tastes so much better than the ones industrially made) while the beef stew I'm talking about (Stoofvlees in Dutch) makes the dish complete.

I mostly use vegetable oil but using animal fat like duck fat and beef tallow is common here and it gives the fries a nice taste but it's not so good for ones cholesterol levels. ;D

I wished I loved anything in this world as much as you love food. That pepper looks good though. Like, my mouth is watering thinking about it.
