Final Stats: 31 Solvers
Solution:
Look at the Cities she has visited. She has been to Vienna, Brussels, Zagreb, Copenhagen, Talinn, Helsinki, and Athens. These are the capitals of Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, and Greece. Or looking at their initial letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Carmen is visiting the countries of Europe in alphabetical order, so we are looking for the capital city of a European country beginning with H. The only such country is Hungary, so she is visiting Budapest next (followed presumably by Rome or Dublin).

Only found out about the puzzle just now, luckily it was a short and easy one, so I got to solve it before the end.

Greetings all,
I have been working for several months now on a large puzzle event, some 50 puzzles in 4 batches over 6 weeks, multiple steam dungeons, etc. However the theming for the event (ancient Greece) means that some puzzles just don't fit, basically, anything set in the modern world isn't going to cut it. I had been putting these onto the shelf waiting for a future date, but I am working 70 hour weeks at the moment, and as a result, the Greek stuff is taking way, way, way too long.
As such, I have decided to release some short quickie puzzless, maybe one per week, to fill the gap while I work on the larger thing. I have decided tonight to theme these around the hunt for the mythical art thief Carmen SanFranciso.
Given that the theme of this weeks puzzle is travelling around Europe, I decided that I needed some form of transport game for the prize, so I am giving away Cities in Motion 2. The giveaway runs until 23:59 pm on Friday 27 July.
There is no puzzle content on this page. But the hunt starts here.
