Need A Favor From Someone with market access

So, apparently adding a "new payment method" Like So on steam locks you out of the market for like a week, and i need one last trading card.

Could someone trustable help me out by selling the stuff i have to get enough wallet and buy the card i want? I guess you could keep whatever is left over though it probably wouldnt be much. Add me if you can do this, thanks.
