I pay 9 euro per month for 200Mbps download and 6Mbps upload and I'm living in a small town...and my internet is faster than 65% of other people from my country tho...

Well i don't know what's the exact name of the package but i know that i have the internet+phone from them and i pay around 14-16 euros. I have 1gb internet. (max 100 mb download speed)

I'm so happy I don't have to deal with that anymore. I spent so much time complaining to my ISP about crappy internet for a couple years. It got to the point where they refunded us for multiple months of our bill on more than one occasion and permanently upgraded us to the next higher tier of internet at no additional cost. This was back when I had DSL because I lived in the woods where there was no cable.

Please remember the person you will talk to is simply an employee, not directly responsible for the issue, and is there to help you in situation like that. So being angry doesn't really help neither you or the guy. Be asertive, don't be an asshole.

Just don't forget to put yourself in the shoes of the employee handling your call. All they want is to do a living by working at a crappy job for a crappy company which are at fault, not the employees.
My sister worked at a call center, so I know it can be a complete pain in the ass. Try helping solve the issue with the person, rather than show your anger and take it on the person.
