Giveaway problem

I want to make a giveaway on a steam game key. (Project Cyber)
But I couldn't seem to find it in the "create a giveaway"
any help?

As a general rule, we can't make giveaways for free stuff. :)

So if you got a key from somewhere just by asking for it, and you could get more by asking again with a different email address, don't bother. :)
