If I own this game and then I decided to buy this collection
So what happens to the game I already own in that collection? Do i get a copy of it in my steam gift inventory?

Not likely. Only some packs do that and if it ain't mentioned, don't expect it.

yes. There are only couple of games that will give you a copy if you buy a pack
