If you give only bundle games, your value wont go above 30. To increase your value, you would need to giveaway games that aren't in bundle list

And after value increase, next added bundle games would count as 20%, full price, or nothing?

You will get 20% of your non bundle contribution value from those bundles that didn't count towards your CV.
