How to remove...?

So, I maked this giveaway of Dota 2 and this guy who won, didn't respond, so I gave it to my friend... The problem is, that now I have to select a new winner, but I do now have the Dota 2! How do I remove it, or if I can't, can any admin do it, please?

Thanks.

False, true idiots either lack the capability to properly understand rules or they lack the willingness to follow them.

So, what does this mean? Does this mean, I won't be available to win games and make giveaways?

Thanks. At least, someone doesn't doesn't talk smart and in the end, don't even help.

According to his profile, the giveaway was actually made a month ago.

Trade/buy/steal/rob/ninja a key from Steamtrades or Alienware and give it to the winner.
