Plz Capcom. Now would be a good time since both remakes are released. I'm sure many new fans are interested in trying the older games. Both have PC ports already i think so it shouldn't be too much work. Just add widescreen and controller support and of course should work on Win10 (Steam achievements would be nice too).

I don't think they read posts here unfortunately, better post it somewhere else and only if you have something only to add to the discussion

Was my post lacking something you mean? I can try to email Capcom.

An e-mail from single person isn't going to change much. You could start an online petition but I doubt that would bear any fruit either.

Yeah, i do not think so Capcom will filter steamgifts for RE recommendations. But that would be nice.

Old games "collections" are quite successful right now so yeah, they could and should definitely do it. Capcom itself has things such as the numerous Mega Man Collections.

Would love that. This would be the perfect opportunity to finally get a Code Veronica PC port as well. Would be great if they would release a complete collection that includes RE1,2,3 and CV.

One day they might release a Resident Evil Classic Collection with the original trilogy plus Code Veronica (it seems that the new canon will skip this game) and sell it just like those Megaman or Street Fighter anniversary collections.

Games from that era rarely work well on modern systems and would require a decent amount of work to make them compatible. Now that the remakes are available, it makes no sense to do the work and compete with themselves

But yes, definitely Code Veronica. Best of the bunch
