Another noob RU game restriction question.

  1. Some traders are selling cheap RU versions of Far Cry 3 and Tomb Raider. They say that their games are ROW and it shows up like a normal game on tf2outpost, but it says RU in their steam inventory. Are the RU versions usable in NA?

  2. What about the RU versions of Fallout: New Vegas and the Eastern versions of Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition?

  3. If one of my game gifts is labeled "4-Pack Giftable Copies," is that the same thing as the label of one of my other game gift "4-Pack?"

Tomb raider is not locked.

I see there's a lot of RU+CIS entries for tomb raider with different restriction. But if you go to russian steam store and see the link for tomb raider and survival edition, it links to: javascript:addToCart(26018) and javascript:addToCart(26019)

So it means, refer to this subs:
26018
26019

Which has no restrictions.

Far cry 3 is not locked same with Deluxe and Blood Dragon
