It's called launch. I see you want to prove something, but it just so happens that you're not in the right region, and I'm in the right one. I activated this game with a purchased key and I can see what was activated at that time. Something like that.
I'll tell you more, there are people who bought this bundle in Ukraine and activated the game with a key as well, but at the moment we have all of this out of stock, probably simply because everyone dreamed of getting Mad Max into their library, for sure.

... I'm not trying to prove anything. "Launch" subs are usually preorder only and stop being easily available after the game launches.
If people in Ukraine were able to buy and activate this, then good for them. That doesn't change the fact that WB is stupid about this and most of their other games being available there via normal means. There's no reason for it to not be available there. The game isn't banned (like in the Asian countries) and they're not under any sanctions (like Russia.)

Everything is very strange with us.
There is an old legend that Warner Bros decided not to sell MK11 in our country, because the game has commie skin for Scarlett (kold war scarlet or something like that), and communist symbols are prohibited by law in our country. That skin was a bonus only for russia for pre-ordering the game, and in our country the game was removed from sale at launch (everyone who pre-ordered on Steam received the game, but cannot buy DLCs and expansion). So it was always just a strange legend.
Although MK9 was once sold in our country, MKX and MK1 are sold.
But when Mortal Kombat Legacy Collection was released, its publisher Atari also removed it from sale at launch. Here, however, one brave guy from Twitter decided to contact the publisher and find out what was going on, and as a result, after some time, they listened to him and the game was returned to sale.

if a game is banned in your region it dosent matter if a key is global it wont let you redem it i tried with a global key for postal 2 but steam didint let me redem it anyways

Just to make it accurate, Steamgifts does not let you make a giveaway for the deluxe version of Back4Blood so there would be no cv value due to having to put it under the base game. Just a heads up!

its a /sub/ package so if someone makes a ticket support can add the bundle to SG.
its only /bundle/ packages that can't be done on SG.
I will make a ticket for it even... just give it maybe 2 years since support seems to be ignoring mine...
Edit: deluxe can now be gifted but support auto marked it to 0CV(IDK why as only the base game was free to my knowledge) and it has only been to a 96% discount on the grey market from what I can see.
