You can buy a copy and try to directly send to someone's account, ask this person to decline gift and it will end up in your inventory, however it won't become tradable in 30 days.

Very interesting.. So, what will happen in 30 days? Will it disappear or will it stay untradable forever but still it will be possible to send it as a gift to anybody?

It will probably stay untradable forever. It is possible to send it as gift but only to someone who doesn't have it in library.

No, you can send it via email too, but there will be no option to add the game to inventory.
