Do you know something more? If you need more context, it was sent from a guy threatening to DDoS and those are the results of the IPs of his teammates in a match of League of Legends (I was one of them so I had the middle info removed).

The middle column is what is called User-Agent from a web browser, so that's why it looks like a web browser log. Maybe this guy posted a link (or perhaps a picture or sound?) in chat, so he would see your IP address when your computer accessed that. I've never played LoL so I don't know if it has some built-in browser or loading of external images or sounds. That's only a guess.

He didn't post any link, picture or sound, but he somehow could access this information during the game as well, but what's of note is that he didn't know which IP belongs to which player. The only link I ever clicked was his screenshot which he sent in the after game lobby, which was from a popular image hosting site, but even if that was the information leak, how would the information be there as a screenshot on the same link I clicked.
