I get a message that my new giftable purchases aren't tradable till July 23-rd, but they are tradable if the other person sends me the trade invite (not the other way around) and once I trade them they lose that "not tradable" tag, so it's just another stupid steam bug probably.

So yesterday I bought 3 games as gifts - first one was tradable, second one not and the third one was tradable again... guess it's some kind of bug with steam as I used the same payment method (50$ wallet card loaded a week ago or so) and the purchases were like minutes apart.

My laptop is shit and freezes with couple tabs open, so I logged on Steam with second computer. BAM!!! Steam account restricted for 1 week, I can't trade, use market, thus also can't craft summer badge and get prizes. As I am buying games only from cheaper regions, summer sale is almost gone for me. Steam FAQ says this restriction should only apply to new device, where I logged in on Steam (AND FREAKING CONFIRMED IT WITH EMAIL CODE FROM STEAM GUARD, RETARDED STEAM), but it really applies everywhere. I also can't add funds to account, because I keep getting unknown error for any payment method. I'm starting to really dislike Steam.
EDIT oh, also, new device had same IP, it's standing right next to me, and I already DID use Steam there, but with client not browser, so thanks for keeping me safe!

I dont buy much at steam. But wanted to sell some cards, and zonk. Have account for almost 3 years, many games, many trades and have to wait for 30 days after i just made a purchase. I have all paypal recipes for games, almost all bundles.
So what is the purpose of steamguard if this cant be solved somehow easier.
Is there a way to speed up the process ? Im the owner, buy legal games and im punished for that.
Welcome to the internet. I even buoght some non bundle games elswhere to ga them but im not in the mood to di it right now.
