For me, one that I'd like to see and which I think has a fairly good chance:
Westerado: Double Barreled

I think it has a good chance since it's over a year old, is Indie, hasn't sold particularly well or had a ton of press but is still very highly rated by a good number of people, and the publisher Adult Swim has participated in Humble Bundles in the past. Would make an excellent entry to a Humble Monthly or the next Humble Indie Bundle, methinks.
