Are you sure it can be gifted? Couple years ago someone from Germany won Sleeping dogs and I couldn't gift them the game...
So why not buy a steam key then instead?

Well, it was no problem in the past (for example with Sleeping Dogs :D)
As long, as the price region is the same, it should be working fine. That's why I requested the specific countries.

Maya is right but as the cat is out of the bag already allow me a short comment. Dying Light 2 is uncensored in Germany so no problem there. DL 1 can be activated by buying a Steam key from a retailer (at least for me) but fucks at Valve treat you as you didn't have the license in your account so no DLC or freebies for you.

I checked Eneba and Yuplay. Both stated, that the keys can't be activated in Germany.
After reading Ottahs and your comment, I noticed, that HRK and Kinguin offer keys, that should be working for me.
Seems like I should have checked more other sites before writing this request...
