So lets say a person wins a giveaway you have. You decide to get snoopy and look at their wins and their giveaways to see what kind of person you are dealing with and discover that they won two copies of the same game. Would this be enough to ask for a re-roll and would you report/blacklist them from your giveaways.

On another note how do you actually get a re-roll? How long does the re-roll process take?

So was it a stupid question?

Reroll process takes 7 days I think.

Edit: I think it's more then enough to ask for a reroll it's possible that the person won 2 copies of the game, but as long as they don't claim both then it's possibly just good/bad luck on their end.

Contact one of the mods for additional information. They'll tell you what to do/not to.

If they have won the giveaway a long time ago then they regifted it. If they won the same game twice in like 2 days contact them and let them choose which person to activate it from.

Yes, you can ask for a reroll and pick the appropiate reason (if no fitting, go for other and type in your problem)
Reroll process usually takes less than a day nowadays, every support member have the rights to grant a reroll, so it's really fast compared to user reports (there only 1-2-3? person ha the rights)

Ive rerolled just once in my life and support (Ronix) did it in like 1 hour xD

And yes you can reroll for that reason!

I guess I need to clarify. Within the past 6 months lets say x won the same game twice and marked received on both copies. They activated one copy because it shows in their account but you have no clue about the other key/gift. Is that reason enough to request a re-roll.

Ask for the re-roll, explain your concern, and support will grant it or not. You can make a request for either valid or invalid reasons, having it granted is another matter.

Yes, it is, as this is clearly against the site's rules.

You should get the re-roll if you ask for it for that reason. Unless he was already suspended for that infraction, at least I think that's how it works.

It has to be within one month of the infraction, but you should still request it and see what happens.

I think it does actually work ;o
Anyway, that clearly was a reason for a reroll. The person broke the rules and you might want to give the game to someone else. I've rerolled a winner who hasn't activated a gift before. Got a reroll after few hours and the person was instantly banned.
