Oddly high number of entries?

So, I came accross a giveaway for Nosferatu: Wrath of Malachai, opened some 3 hrs ago, with 4,294,967,291 entries.
Yes, 4,294,967,291.
What is up with that? Is it just my SteamGifts playing tricks on me or is something fishy going on? O.o
