I think Velvetopia has a few figments that kind of float around (randomly) where the bull was. Also, I know there are a few on the tower near the end. Unfortunately it's been a few months since I finished the game 100% so I can't be more specific.

nvm i found both of them thanks to Gamefaqs guide and some help from Steam forum users. I don't think i can get I LOVE PUNCHING achievement, it's just way too hard on the keyboard (i don't have any joypad) so that also means i'll miss out "Math is hard" achievement....but i have everything else ^^

Somehow i missed these two figments in Black Velvetopia and now i can't find them at all. I've searched everywhere and i have every level before Velvetopia 100% completed (figments, vaults and emotional baggage) but those two are driving me crazy.
I already quit my job and dumped my girlfriend (actually i don't have girlfriend, instead i gave some prostitute few bucks and told her to fuck off) so that i can fully concentrate on those figments and there is a slight chance i might just commit suicide by the end of the weekend if i don't find them
